Three teacher librarians and an amazing world geography teacher teamed up to create a way for students to immerse themselves into various cultures by reading fiction and nonfiction. As the students embarked on learning about a new continent, teacher librarians connected them to books of the people and the stories represented. Students read of book of their choice and created projects to share out that book and their creations with others. Come learn how to replicate the magic of reading and the project outcomes for your students.
