Everyone A Reader (EAR) provides one-to-one reading support for emerging and reluctant readers. Learn how to involve volunteer parents and community members in your elementary school library using this positive reading support program. Since 1995 EAR has provided instructional strategies and resources to elevate elementary students’ reading comprehension, decoding skills, and increasing their confidence in the classroom. Participants will gain access to online resources and learn how to manage the program from recruiting volunteers to assessing student needs and monitoring their progress.
