An overview of the best practices for curating a healthy library collection, expert guidance on developing a manageable weeding and replacement plan, keeping your wish lists and new purchasing up to date and bringing the Wow Factor back to your shelves. Find new ways to recruit and engage volunteers, get the word out about library wish lists and grow your collection along with yourself. We will use the CREW Method and attendees will receive a copy to take.
