All libraries are familiar with the urgent call for advocacy and perhaps you’ve attended inspiring sessions by people who’ve experienced big wins as a result of their advocacy efforts. But, what does advocacy look like when it feels like more of a slow drip over many years? See concrete examples of small changes that have been made and communications that have been shared. Learn about achievable efforts that may be made given time and staffing constraints and what you can jump in and do today, approaching advocacy not as a win-lose endeavor, but as a long-range work in progress.
