We love kids, we love books, maybe not in that order. We may not be certificated, but classified library techs strive to be informed and effective while working less hours for less pay, often being overlooked by administration and district leadership. Learn how to advocate for yourself, connect with stakeholders and make your presence - and hard work - known while building your community, getting your message out to students, teachers and families and organizing your priorities. Also, learn how to reboot when you burn out because the reality is, with fewer hours on the clock, we can’t do it all.
