Using newly available resources in both video and print, Mr. Robinson will share with attendees his research and recent work that presents a Native American perspective on the Spanish Mission Era, Mexican Rancho Period, Gold Rush and Early Years of Statehood. The historical novel series Lands of our Ancestors, and accompanying teacher guides, will be previewed, along with the educational film "The Other Side of History: The Native California Experience."
